Terms of Use

Updated November 5, 2026. These terms govern use of The Nifty Side, operated by East Bay Ads.

Publication and advertising

The site provides shopping information, gift ideas, advertorials, and links to third-party products and services. We may receive compensation related to those links or placements. See our advertising disclosure for more information. Content is general information and does not replace professional advice.

Third-party transactions

East Bay Ads is the publisher, not the seller, manufacturer, or fulfillment provider of the featured products. Your transaction is with the merchant identified at checkout. That merchant’s prices, availability, payment terms, shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranties apply. Check those terms before purchasing, and direct order-support requests to that merchant.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the site useful, but content, prices, promotions, product descriptions, and third-party statements may change or contain errors. We do not guarantee that every claim has been independently verified or that an offer remains available. The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation or attempt unauthorized access. Content belongs to East Bay Ads or the relevant rights holders. Third-party trademarks remain their owners’ property and do not imply endorsement of this publication.

Privacy and liability

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, East Bay Ads is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or third-party merchant services. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the laws of Wyoming govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
